During his tenure at Microsoft, he most recently led the Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Business, a division that achieved double-digit revenue growth. His deep expertise in AI-driven solutions and copilot technologies aligns directly with NICE’s strategic pivot from a traditional contact center provider to an AI-powered customer experience platform.
