Exploration company Apex Critical Metals has released comprehensive results from its 2025 program at the Cap Critical Minerals Project in British Columbia. The findings, which include expanded niobium mineralization and new rare earth and phosphate discoveries, have solidified the company's exploration roadmap for the coming year. A key focus now is determining whether these results confirm the presence of a larger, multi-metal mineralized system.

The 2025 regional exploration program has significantly extended known mineralization at the Cap Project. A standout result came from drill hole CAP25-006, which intersected 124.5 meters grading 0.27% Nb₂O₅. This interval includes a previously reported higher-grade section of 36 meters at 0.59% Nb₂O₅, itself containing 10 meters grading 1.08% Nb₂O₅.

The niobium-enriched zone remains open in multiple directions, securing its status as a primary target for the next phase of drilling.

Key 2025 Drill Results Summary:
* CAP25-006: 124.5 meters at 0.27% Nb₂O₅ (extended interval)
* Rare Earth Element (REE) zones: 3.0 meters at 1.33% REO and 3.4 meters at 1.08% REO
* CAP25-007: 3.8 meters at 16.2% P₂O₅
* A broad phosphate interval of 45 meters at 6.2% P₂O₅
* Program completion: Nine helicopter-supported diamond drill holes totaling 2,323 meters

Rare Earths and Phosphate Add Strategic Depth

The latest campaign identified several REE-enriched intervals distributed across the project area. Two significant zones, with grades between 1.08% and 1.33% REO, were found in holes CAP25-005 and CAP25-006. These findings reinforce the interpretation of a multi-metal carbonate system.

Phosphate mineralization presents a similarly compelling picture. Hole CAP25-007 returned 16.2% P₂O₅ over 3.8 meters. Furthermore, CAP25-012 intersected a lengthy 97.2-meter section averaging 4.5% P₂O₅. Combined with the 45-meter interval at 6.2% P₂O₅, the data points toward substantial phosphate mineralization.

New Priority Target Emerges for 2026

A newly acquired airborne geophysical survey has revealed a large, concealed magnetic anomaly southeast of the 2025 drilling area. This previously untested at-depth target is slated to become a central focus of exploration next year.

Apex has outlined three primary objectives for its 2026 activities:
1. Conducting step-out drilling around the CAP25-006 niobium discovery.
2. Executing first-pass drilling on the newly identified magnetic anomaly.
3. Incorporating all 2025 assay results into an updated geological model.

U.S. Operations Advance with Rift Project

Alongside progress in Canada, the Rift Rare Earth Project in Nebraska remains a near-term priority. Located within the Elk Creek Carbonatite Complex, the project benefits from historical drilling that documented exceptional REE mineralization, including intervals of:
* 155.5 meters at 2.70% REO
* 68.2 meters at 3.32% REO

A fully funded drilling program at the Rift Project is scheduled to commence in early Q1 2026, marking a significant operational milestone for the company's U.S. initiatives.

Building a Portfolio in Critical Materials

The 2025 program has greatly enhanced the understanding of the carbonate system at the Cap Project. Widespread niobium, rare earth, and phosphate mineralization across multiple drill holes supports the theory of a large, multi-phase, and metal-rich system.

With projects in both Canada and the United States, Apex Critical Metals is positioning itself across several commodities vital for modern technologies and clean energy applications. Forthcoming drilling catalysts at the Rift Project and continued work at Cap provide a clearly defined operational schedule for 2026.
